Joe Ruhl, a science teacher at Lafayette Jefferson High School who received the Boilermaker Extraordinary Award for his contributions to science education, speaks in a fantastic TED talk about what 37 years of experience as a teacher have meant to him. He talks about his relationship with his students and what teaching and learning mean to him, which starts with sharing and enjoying the process above all else
